WaterMark Sensor

Irrometer Watermark 200 SS

The irrometer watermark sensor is a solid - state electrical resistance sensing device that is used to measure soil water tension, the sensor consists of a pair of highly corrosion resistant electrodes that are embedded within a granular matrix, it is designed to be a permanent sensor, placed in the soil to be monitored and “read” as often as necessary with a portable or stationary device.

Decagon 5TE Sensor

Decagon 5TE Sensor

The Decagon sensor is designed to measure the water content, electrical conductivity, and temperature of soil. It uses an oscillator running at 70 MHz to measure the dielectric permittivity of soil to determine the water content. A thermistor in thermal contact with the sensor prongs provides the soil temperature, while the screws on the surface of the sensor form a two-sensor electrical array to measure electrical conductivity.

  • Measures salt levels through bulk electrical conductivity.
  • Makes all three measurements (volumetric Water content, temperature and EC) independently
  • Steel screws make the 5TE a more robust sensor.
  • utilizes a five point dielectric calibration to provide more accurate dielectric permittivity measurements.
  • Uses a 70MHz frequency, which minimizes salinity and textural effects, making it accurate in most soils.

Sentek EasyAG

The EasyAG is a slim- line, easy to install probe, Available in two fixed lengths of 12in and 20in, the probes can be configured, they are ideally suited to shallow rooted crops or where it is only necessary to measure no deeper than 50cm.

Sentek EnviroSCAN

The EnviroSCAN provides soil-water content profiles for irrigation scheduling or other water movement systems, with great flexibility for precision monitoring of water and salinity at multiple depths in a soil profile. The EnviroSCAN can monitor to depths up to 130 feet, using the same profiling probe. EnviroSCAN is customized for individual applications by adding sensors at user-specified measurement depths

Sentek Drill & Drop

The Drill & Drop is a fully encapsulated, easy to install, soil measurement probe. Probes are available in two lengths, 60cm (24”) and 120cm (48”), with sensors fixed at every 10cm (4”) increment. Available with moisture, temperature and salinity sensors at every 10cm depth. It is ideally suited to situations where a monitoring probe may need to be moved between sites in short term and annual crops.

AquaCheck Classic Probe

The AquaCheck Classic soil moisture probe offers capacitance based soil moisture measurement offering up to six depths or sensors per probe. It requires an external logger or remote transmission unit and external power supply

HSTI HydraSCOUT Probe

HydraSCOUT Probe uses capacitance as the measuring technology, it can be deployed on all irrigation systems such as: Centre pivots, micro irrigation, drip irrigation, flood / surface irrigation.

  • Well suited for crops where a sub-surface probe is preferred.
  • It comes standard 5 sensors (up to 10).
